1. Services Provided
Junk Removal Masters Inc. provides professional junk removal services for residential and commercial customers in New York City. Our services include, but are not limited to:

- Construction debris removal
- Electronic junk removal & disposal
- Furniture removal
- House & garage cleanouts
- Storage unit cleanouts
- General junk removal services
We reserve the right to refuse service if the requested removal includes hazardous materials or items not permitted by law.
2. Scheduling & Cancellations
- Booking a Service: Customers may schedule a junk removal service via our website, phone, or email.
- Rescheduling & Cancellations: Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
- No-Show Policy: If our team arrives at the scheduled time and access to the property is denied or no one is available, a service fee may apply.
3. Pricing & Payment
- Prices for junk removal services are based on volume, weight, and type of junk being removed.
- Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- We accept cash, credit cards, and other approved payment methods.
- In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to take necessary legal action to collect outstanding balances.
4. Prohibited Items
We cannot accept or remove certain hazardous or restricted materials, including:
- Toxic waste, chemicals, or asbestos
- Medical or biological waste
- Explosives, firearms, or ammunition
- Gasoline, propane tanks, or other flammable liquids
Customers are responsible for ensuring that prohibited items are not included in their junk removal request.
5. Liability & Damage Policy
- Our team takes great care in handling your items and property, but we are not liable for minor scratches, scuffs, or accidental damage that may occur during junk removal.
- If damage occurs due to negligence on our part, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion for review.
- Junk Removal Masters Inc. is not responsible for items mistakenly placed for removal. Please check all items before our team arrives.
6. Environmental Responsibility
We are committed to eco-friendly disposal practices, including recycling and donating whenever possible. However, we do not guarantee that all items removed will be recycled or donated. Disposal methods depend on the nature of the junk and available recycling programs.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
We collect customer information only for scheduling, billing, and customer service purposes. By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect and use your information.
8. Termination of Services
Junk Removal Masters Inc. reserves the right to refuse or terminate services for any customer who:
- Engages in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior toward our staff.
- Fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
- Attempts to dispose of hazardous or prohibited items.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any modifications will be posted on our website with the updated Effective Date. Your continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
